Not really, the 965 and 975 chipsets that run conroe will also be able to run kentsfield. :D

Omg. When ppl start to overclock the new 2007 GPUs, SLI or Xfire, + a Kentsfield @ 4GHz or more , with phase changing cooling system to cpu + gpu.

Nope they're going to be sorry that they didn't jump the conroe train earlier, since the k8l wasn't anything worth waiting for... :P Btw. How do you think amd can make their future processor so much faster than Intel's, especially now that Intel has gone the same route as amd?
