Are there any socket AM2 crossfire motherboards yet? Reason im asking is because im thinking of going with X1800XT as my next video card so might be good to get a Xfire board in case i want to drop another one in at a later time. Next upgrade will prolly be a post-price cut AM2 X2 4000 since im still on AGP over here.

fyi anyone whose interested 256meg X1800XTs are going for around 230 on newegg right now, open box 199 flat. Great deal for a great card. Seems like good price/performance ratio to me seeing as the X1800XT is equal in speed to a 7900gt.

Not sure. Someone that I know has been looking for one for a while now but he hasn't been able to find one. If you find one available somewhere please post where you found it here, if you don't mind.

There are not any AM2 Crossfire motherboards for sale in the U.S. yet. I have looked everywhere and there are none. Dazz does MSI have one in retail here in the states?

Thanks for the link, it must not be officially on shelves yet because I cant seem to find it anywhere. Looking forward to DFI and Gigabyte's offerings.

I noticed that also, Mike. It's a shame that we must wait... It's okay because I'm not planning on upgrading for realistically another 2-3 months. Who knows, maybe these X1800XT cards will be even cheaper then!

Fresh off the presses, HardOCP reviews an ECS AM2 crossfire mobo.
