Hi.

I'm buying GeForce 6800GT in few days and been wondering if my Zalman VF700 ALCu would handle this card at 5V?

I don't see why not. But I just got a 6800GT OC. I have a VF-700 Cu. But I desided not to use that. I just ordered last week the VF-900. I think it will do better. And it's only $5.00 more. My card at stock runs about 57c at idle. And about 71c on load.

Doesn't the ALCU come with a 7v and 12v connector like the CU does? You could probably get away with 5v cuz it's an awesome cooler but you'll just be running hotter than you would be if you spun the fan faster.
