Well after i enter key i get into the next step which is they ask me to install dx9.0c and make me agree to the agreement..but the problem is..

If i click yes..it says i should have dx9.0c..if i click no..nothing happens..wtf ? I do have the latest Jun i think version installed.

try setting the auto run program in compatibility mode with windows2000
