Intel Pentium 4 540 3.2ghz w/ HT technology. Features the Prescott core and uses socket 775. Also included is a Thermaltake Silent 775, which features an Aluminum/Copper material heatsink and a 90mm funnel fan. You get just the chip and the said Thermaltake heatsink only. Total price $65 shipped.

Buy everything as a combo Ill let it go for $185 shipped. All of these parts work great together and has not given me a problem. Just add in some ram and a few other parts and you can make a decent system.
