Why, SATA RAID, of course. Better cabling + no expensive controllers + great performance = THE WIN! :D

I'd say SCSI right now, but once those Raptor drives hit from WD, that will all change.

SCSI. Simply still efficient. And you don't need the greatest and latest control in MY eyes. YOu can still add devices upon devices ands not suffer slowdown. Device disconnection is an awesome feature as well.
