I'm about to build a new set up and I need a new PSU but I don't want to spend another 100 bucks for one. Everything on my sig will be used except a new motherboard (a8n-e or a8n5x) and a 7900gt or 7800gt card. Would this PSU (its currrently on sale) be enough? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16817153023

PS: I don't plan to SLI or Overclock if that helps at all.

Yeah that one would be ok. The RMA stories don't sound too good though. You could go better, but you could do alot worse. I say if you think the price is right go with it. It has all the spec to make a great power supply, and cable sleeving is a nice bonus.

I'm a fan of the Antec TrueBlue/Power II series. The 12cm fan is silent and they are rated for SLI. Double the price of the Thermaltake though.

I have one of those. It died only after 8 months of use. I would buy another. I go a bit bigger. And how many things are you going to have hook in your computer?
