I sure hope it is worth the wait..

I'm scared for it based on what I've heard about the Devil May Cry 3 port.

RE4 had better be the best damn port ever. I mean jeebus, what the hell? Do they have one programmer who's moonlighting between high school classes assigned to it? WTF?!

Dark Messiah features some of the classic RPG elements such as collecting items and building up your character. As you progress, you pick skills to coincide with your chosen play style (whatever it is) and be assured that the quest is going to support whatever style of play you choose.

According to this: http://pc.ign.com/articles/721/721432p1.html

Splinter Cell was delayed for simple financial reasons (they want it to show up for their "holiday" revenues). I wouldn't be surprised if those other titles fell under the same reasoning.

Featuring some RPG ELEMENTS doesn't mean it's a RPG.

So DM featuring some FPS elements then it's a FPS?

It's an RPG played in the First Person View, like Deus Ex and System Shock 2. It doesn't just contain basic elements of the RPG Genre but its built all around it.

RPGs are defined by the ability for your character to grow and gain experiance and abilities throughout his adventure.

Strange, how Ubisoft is content in letting GRAW for PC fall stagnent though.

Anyways, I doubt these games will be pushed back any further.. In fact, I bet if push comes to shove, they have a more likely chance to be rush released if they are in jepordy of missing that date.. Why? Xmas shopping season. It would be death to miss that the Xmas season.

In fact, I wonder if they are just pushing the games back, so that they are all conveniently release to ride the Xmas shopping season wave.

I'm personally leery of DM, because it uses the Source engine.. who knows, maybe they will prove me wrong. Although if its connected to Steam in anyway, (as in I need Steam authentication to play the game SP), I'm not getting it.
