Hint: You are trying to load a module without a GPL compatible license
and it has unresolved symbols. Contact the module supplier for
assistance, only they can help you.

Can you tell whats wrong? (or what am i doing wrong) And how to fix that?

thanx. kju. (debian testing,kernel 2.4.19 X system XFree86 4.2.1)

I know what was it, now.
mtrr kernel support was needed. (after recompliation of kernel its ok)

But i have a new problem:
Kernel driver seems to work alright. But after i have installed NVIDIA_GLX-1.0-4191.tar.gz files. X server is crashing on GLX load.
Right now im looking how to turn on GLX debug so i could see /var/log/glx_debug.log file and i cant find it. Do you know where debug option is?

cat /var/log/glx_debug.log
Logging set to -1

You didn't say what motherboard you are using... Is it a VIA KT133 chipset? if so I never did get mine running with AGP set the NVAGP option to "0" and try again
