My friend gave me an old stick of ram. I don't know what kind of memory it is other then it being a 256MB stick of DDR 333 CL2.5 Memory.
I don't know if it's SDRAM or SIMM or DIMM...any suggestions please?

Whoops sorry... replied.

But as far as DIMM vs. SIMM, if it is any form of DDR memory, it is always a DIMM.
