Just looking on play.com for the release dates of XB360 titles, and have to say anything within 8 weeks on there is 99% of the time accurate.
In September there is Alan Wake, Frontlines, Saints Row, Rainbow Six Vegas, GTR, Metronome, Huxley, Splinter Cell 4 : Double Agent and ofcourse Dead Rising.

August 24th I will be a proud owner of an XB360.
Was going to wait for the PS3, but this games line up has made the decision once and for all, added to Fight Night Round 3, sorry Sony ....maybe i'll pick up your next offering in around 4-5 yrs time.
SC DA just got delayed until late October, Alan Wake in September ? Nah.. nothing to be seen about a September release date on the AW boards.
...but yeah, Sony's in a really crappy momentum atm.

Dead Rising is coming out August 8 in the US.
Saints Row is coming out August 29 in the US.

I bloody hope the drought is over. I've been moaning for what seems months about the games currently available for X360 (except for FNR3) and I really want some good stuff soon!
It badly needs a good FPS that works in multiplayer on one system using 2-4 controllers, a decent sim racing game á la Forza, and a Pro Evo Soccer game (none of this FIFA BS).
I can't wait until these games come out. Its the only reason I'm still holding on to the console. Otherwise it would have been out the door 2 months ago.
Man I have been looking for a cool Zombie game for ever. If Dead Rising turns out to have good gameplay I think that might end up forcing me to buy an xbox 360. (unless it is coming out on PC too, is it?)

Wow, Gotta check those dates again before you get all hyped up...
Frontlines: Fuel of War isn't coming out till sometime in 2007.
Huxley has yet to get an official date...
Rainbow Six: Vegas is rumored to be end of 2006, hints say it will be a PS3 launch title with the X360 version releasing at the same time.
Metronome isn't no where near complete considering that almost nothing is known about the game so far... I mean Gamespot (neither does IGN) doesn't even have shots or videos of it.
Alan Wake aswell isn't coming out this year...
We all know that Splinter Cell 4 was delayed with acouple other Ubisoft titles...
So that leaves you GTR, Dead Rising and Saints Row...

Wow I make a post correcting someone on false information and automatically get attacked with PS3 rants... grow the hell up.
I just corrected him so he wouldn't get all hyped up about titles that wont be releasing for a long time...
You two are far worse then me and Bad_Boy, you jump at any post thats not pro Xbox as an attack on it. I didn't even mention anything related to the PS3...

Oh noes I mentioned that the game is rumored to be a a PS3 launch title which could hint at the release date for the X360 version since THERES NO DATE FOR IT AS OF YET.
I only mentioned the game as a PS3 launch title due to the fact that there is an unknown release date for the game as of right now and that its rumored to be a launch title for the PS3.... if it launches with the PS3 it will release on the X360 at the same time...
Seriously get over yourself... you call everyone a fanboy but your one of the worse...

So let me get this straight, you can attack my post and call me a PS3 evengelist because all I did was correct the original poster on being mislead by false release dates...
Yeah... attacking someone just because you know they are a PS3 fan (even thought their post was not negative towards the X360) is a blatant sign that your a fanboy...

Support of the developers behind it and future outlook of the console... Its called be hyped for an upcoming hardware from an established developer.
By your logic I can't be hyped and support Final Fantasy XIII because its not out yet... so I can't be a fan of something that has been announced in the future and is in development....

Dude, Pro Evolution 6 footy comes out in October sometime, same time as PC. Also rumours of an additional kit, stadium and player licensed kit you can buy off Xbox Live somewhere, not sure how true that is though.
GTR racing is not too far off aswell.

I'm not going to take sides here, but that was kinda lame bro. That's like saying I can't be a fan of the 2008 Camero (or whatever car you choose that is not out yet) because I don't have one yet. That is Ludacris! Another example would be that a Spiderman Fan can't be a fan of the upcoming movie because he hasn't seen it yet...It just doesn't make any sense IMO...

I'm not taking sides here either but you should cut MaGuS a break....
I could see many people being fans of the upcoming PS3 due in part of the success from the ps1 and ps2 systems, only to allow enormous anticipation for the ps3.
