Great game, I love it. But the demo is kinda short. Great physics, nice visuals... I ordered the game after playing the demo :)

Played the demo... meh... more of a clone of GTA than I expected. The controls are kind of poopy and sloppy and the graphics are rather disappointing.
EDIT: But ragdolls ftw.

There is something about these games that just hurt my eyes, the color hue just gets to me and gives me headaches. Anyway, the demo's physics are kind of wacky and fun to play with. Crashes are realistic and can even kill the AI if severe. The city seems pretty big and layed out well with a realistic looking city scape. Its the best shameless rip off of GTA yet but seemed pretty dead even though there are plenty of cars and people around. No atmosphere on the level of GTA imo, no real sounds, activity, etc. unless you start it. It did though sort of up my level of anticipation for the next GTA. I will most likely get this when its in the bargin bin.
Also one thing which I forgot, the sound cut out for me in the begining. Anyone else get this?
I downloaded the demo off the marketplace and found it quite interesting. It's a ripoff of GTA but I feel like SR does a very nice job pulling it off (unlike the POS True Crime series). The graphics are nice and the controls are good (not great). This game has some great potential. I will definitely pick this title up once it's released.
*LiquidX* I didn't have any issues with the sound cutting out. The voice acting is top notch and the music (mostly rap) was enjoyable.

I wonder how the online mode works.
Does it work like a online RPG type deal where you can hold down blocks, do drive bys etc ....or just a mad shoot fest. Hmmm
I heard this game has a co-op mode. That's gotta be fun!
Anyone else annoyed?
Devs: Why is the Australian demo censored

Everything about it so far is a step above GTA. I can't say much for the story or the characters because the demo was so short but graphics, physics, animation, controls, etc are better.

It is the case right now in the present. So yes, buy an xbox 360 in the future.

Physics and such yes but I think GTA:SA still holds up maxed out on the PC. It has a very unique vast look. However I think a great story and how much a game draws you in like GTA does should carry more weight. From the bits we did get from the demo I think it might be fun but seems forced and doesnt try or make you think its authentic for a second.

What seems forced?
