DirectX 9 uninstaller for Win98 /ME?

Is there a dx9 uninstaller that works with win98? The only ones I could find are those that are for XP only, and require the XP CD...

I'll be up crap creek if I install Dx9, only to find that some of my games no longer work, and FORMATTING IS NOT AN OPTION, when you have a big hard drive full of save games, buddy lists, installed games, and so on.

Sorry man, when they say Un Uninstallable, they usually mean it. I think your only option may be to back up all your stuff and dump it.

You can roll back if you are using ME. And with win98, you can do a system restore from dos, although it only keeps your last five system saves.
