I have a barracude 7200.9 160GB hd and it has always been inaudible. Today it has started to make the scratchy noise that all hard drives used to make and it is pretty loud. I'm assuming this means the hard drive is wearing out? Should I RMA it?

I'm running chkdsk now and I downloaded Seagates tools and it reported errors

You might want to back that up ASAP before you lose any data.

What programs do you guys use? I tried Norton Ghost and it didn't work. it said it copie deverything over ok but the new drive wouldn't boot. It would get to the windows main login page and not do anything. WTf?
