Hello, and I am looking for a good Graphic Card that is under 220.00 USD and has a power requirement of 250 watts or less..
This is a problem that I am having.
The only card that I found that people say is okay is a Radeon 9550 256MB for $69.99 USD and does not extra power.
I would love to hear your input, thank you for your time and help!

I dont know if youre going to find anything decent to fit that power requirement. Thats pretty strict.
What are the rest of your system specs, and do you know which kind of slot (AGP, PCI-Express or PCI) you'll be putting this card into?

I am fine with everything else, but I can't use PCI-E and 2.0 AGP.

So you only got just PCI slots?

So you need an AGP 3.0 card in the $200 range that will work on a 250W PSU...
I dont know man... 250W just isnt enough for anything decent. And without knowing your specs its hard to say what will suit your system.
EDIT: Actually, did you mean you cant use anything above AGP 2.0? If so, your system is desperately in need of a total upgrade. I don't think we'll be able to help you with a video card recommendation.

It look like you use Micro ATX motherboard, it will be alot better if you can tell me the motherboard brand, model and revision and also post the full PC spec. Without this information, here are nothing I can do to help you.

I think I do. :3
The best card I can go for is a Radeon X1600 PRO 512MB AGP and I have to up-grade the power to 350 Watts.

Unfortunately Radeon X1600 PRO 512MB AGP will not work as it is incompatible with your old motherboard's AGP slot because your AGP slot is based on AGP 1.x revision but Radeon X1600 PRO 512MB AGP is based on latest AGP 3.0 revision that will require a brand new motherboard with AGP 3.0 slot. Also Radeon 9550 256MB is based on AGP 2.0 revision that will only work with either AGP 2.0 and AGP 3.0 slot as AGP 3.0 is backward compatible with AGP 1.x and AGP 2.0.
I dont think you will be able to find many new motherboard sporting AGP 3.0 slot current on sale as AGP is now obsolute and replaced by new PCI Express slot. Like what CaptNKILL suggest, I recommend you to have complete upgrade to a new system with brand new CPU, new memory, PCI Express Micro ATX motherboard, 350W or 500W power supply and Geforce 7600GT videocard. I picked Geforce 7600GT card because it has power requirement of 350W power supply and alot faster than X1600 PRO.
Hope that help you. :)
