Will Games Created For XP Work On Vista?

This is something I've been wondering lately. Anybody have any insight on the functionality of games we buy for XP today working on the Windows Vista OS?

I'm quite sure XP games will work on Vista but will one be required to buy the 32bit version of Vista?

should work fine, 64bit Vista should run 32bit apps just like XP64 does I would imagine.
I spose they could run even better with the improved resource management and better driver model.
