All makes that you mention are fine as far as I know. You might want to check into the warranty policies of all card makers to help in making a decision. If I am right, out of the companies you mention, xfx is the only one who sells a card that comes overclocked out of the box. As For prices, Newegg runs some good deals from time to time, I paid 500 each for my 7950 gx2ís when I got them a few weeks ago.

Best of luck in your search, I am sure you will do fine no matter what way you go.

The o/ced XFX cards seem interesting , otherwise i see no difference.

No difference as they are all off the reference design. As far as XFX (nothing against XFX) the MSI card review I just posted clocks at 603 on the GPU with no problems including temps. Some are getting even higher with minimal problems so I guess it would be the luck of the draw for those other than the XFX selected overclocked cards.

Ive Been thinking of wating a while untill after the DX10 cards come out to see if the 7950GX2's drop alittle in price, do you think they will? what do you reckon they could drop to? £250-£300?(i hope lol)..... i was hoping i could get one of the below cards for around £300 after the DX10 cards come out do you think this would be possible for £300(give or take afew quid) i would prefer the EVGA GeForce 7950GX2 SUPERCLOCK of course lol.

They are already at that price range in the US except for the factory overclocked cards. Again, I would not worry too much about the overclock as all seem to have some headroom unless you want a guarenteed clock like EVGA or XFX.

Not bothered about overclocking to be honest, a 7950 should be able to handle any game i throw at it at highest gfx settings, whats the point in overclocking?

I just want the best 7950 i can get for £300ish, like i said i will probs wait untill the DX10 cards have come out then hopefully get a 7950 for around £300, you think they could drop to this price in the uk anytime soon or after the DX10 cards are released?

Not sure why you don't want a DX10 card... as for the card type, go EVGA ;)

Coz they will be way to expencive, are they compatable with windows xp(i could be wrong but ive heard dx10 will only work with vista, this true?) if i could afford one no dought it would be a lower end card for £300!

Found this >> MSI 7950 GX2 1GB (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/NEW-MSI-7950-GX2-1GB-PCIe-GPU-w-WARRANTY-7950GX2_W0QQitemZ190026941150QQihZ009QQcategoryZ80 188QQssPageNameZWD2VQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem)

DX10 will be vista only, but the hardware will work fine with DX9 AFAIK.

XFX cards are good and you get the double lifetime warranty so you can sell it later when you see a DX10 card you want.
