Personally I'd ditch the PhysX card as it's honestly worthless and NOT worth the $300 they're asking; but everything else looks good. Maybe a Raptor as your main OS drive, but that's up to you.

Ya same here as far as the thought with the physx card. Not worth it right now, definitley not worth the 300 dollar pricetag. A raptor would be really nice also. Ditch the card and replace it with a 150Gb raptor for your O/S and use the other two hard drives as storage. Just my thoughts.

That should be one awesome PC whatever oyu end up doing with it though. Good luck with it!

For speakers, look up those Creative 7.1 700W speakers which cost like $500 I think. Don't really know much about them, but they might be good.

Those are the speakers I have, and I love them :D They aren't home theater quality, but they sure as hell sound great as computer speakers.

Nice Job with the raptor. Be sure to post pics when building it or when it is done!

I run them on my 65" tv and they sound awsome. I have 2 sets.

Yea I use my Logitech Z-5500's on my home theater with my 52" LCoS tv. They are quite good. i have many DTS movies and music dvd's and even one DVD-Audio, and they all sound great. There are much better speakers out there, but they are good value for the money.

I do think that those Creative 7.1 speakers are worth checking out though.

That's the one I'm talking about. Don't know much about them tho, so I can't recommend them. They are however Creative's highest end speakers.

There's also the Klipsch Promedia Ultra 5.1 which are supposed to be fantastic. I've heard they have problems with dying though.

I too have 5500 for my HT. Due to space and the fact I have neighbours a full HT system was just too much. So I just stole the 5500s from my PC to use and pulled my z680s off my spare PC for use on the gaming rig again.
