Downloading through my Site???

my questions is...
Is there any way i can Download any things through my site "hosting"

like my hosting download it...then i get it.

Try a proxy?

try TOR with firefox to proxy around the blockage. sounds like you have comcast?....no ... i hate nul routes...grrrrr
