Nice, but I personally would have gone with 2 modded 7900GT's instead of the 7950's. But even then, the G80 is coming out in about a month or two; just seems like a waste. But good luck with the cards, glad you're happy :)

Ditto, I guess he must have lots of spare cash. Must be nice. The current DX9 cards (including the 7950 GT) will no doubt have crappy performance on DX10 apps compared to the new DX10 cards.

Apparently someone did not take the time to read my first post. I never bought these cards intending them for DX10.:p

Tikiman44 I noticed you have that new CoolIT Freezone system. I was wondering, how do you like it? Is it worth it? Do I need to buy anything with it if I buy it or it comes with everything needed?

I have 2 7950 GX2 and Like I said on other thread im having temp problems, they running at 70-80 C each, And I was wondering if I buy this system, would it make them run cooler? Around 60-70 I'd be happy.

Thank you, and also, is it compatible with everything? Thanks ^^

Edit: Is it possible to change from my current processor to the new intel Conroe Core Duo one? (Specs in sig) or do I also have to change mobo etc?? Thanks

I must say the Freezone is freaking sweet! You can see my constant CPU temps in my sig. It is a fantastic cooler. I really could not be more pleased. It is Universally compatible so yes it will work with your CPU. The unit itself comes with everything you need. Check out my Conore Rig Thread to learn more and see pics. Also make sure to checkout the video if you have not already.

What about the processor question? Is it possible to change from a AMD Athlon 64 GX 60 to a Intel Conroe?

And, I don't need any special case or anything for this cooler right?

Edit: Would this system help my 2 7950 GX2 run at cooler temps? 70-80 is high, you think this would definitely help?

As long as you have a case that has a 90 or 120mm fan exhaust it will be just fine. And as far as CPU's go it comes with brackets to switch to all sorts of different socket types. So yes and yes.:D

Read the review great info!
