View Full Version : R600 Specs released!!!! (SLIDES)
I there any chance these new cards will fix specular aliasing?
SSAA.
& perhaps the new VCAA :p
this cant be real..reason bieng is the typo errors..no proffestional company like ATi would eva in the right mind not run a dam spell check on there slides and then leak it..
Does the 2nd slide have a spelling error or am I reading it incorrectly.
"R600 will double the performance or R580". Shouldn't that be of?
Yes, and "performance degredation"

There is no DirectX 10, its D3D10.....
DirectX10 (and DirectX in general) refers, typically, to a suite of APIs (application programming interfaces) that handles a multitude of things, such as input, sound/music, graphics, networking, etc. Direct3D10 is simply a subset of DirectX10 -- the graphics one :)

Not so sure it is spelled wrong. ATI is Canadian and makes use of the UK versions of words like centre, colour, organisation, catalogue, and cheque.

Exactly. Being a GPU presentation, what do you pimp?

I am Greek, but I don't think there is a word grede. It should be grade--> degradation. Sorry for the off-topic. (And sorry for disallowing the U.S. from the finals in Mundobasket :D )

Ah, I was just posting that in the hopes to clear what I percieved to be confusion of what the APIs are...:D

The only reason I don't really like ATI is because when I first got a 9800Pro it was faulty, and I also think the way crossfire works with big chunky ass wires out the back is a bad way to do the job.
Well they say 80GB/sec bandwith so it's either 256bit @ 2500MHz or they have upped the tracing for high bit memory.
