:jumping:

The Nvidia physics card will be PCI Express x16? How come I have not heard or seen anything about this?

I'm signed up for the 'In Stock Alert' at ZZF and have been watching my home and work email like a hawk, lol.

It was said two months ago that ATi and Nvidia would be going the physics route. ATi had planned on introducing a chipset that would allow a third graphics card to process physics through a PCI-E slot.

That's probably the same thing that Nvidia has in mind.

The Physics processor should be on the vid card right next to the GPU or even integrated with the GPU. Reminds me the Voodoo cards, one vid card for 2D and another for 3D + a dongle :barf:
I guess it is a matter of time until both are unified

I love it when a board is clearly labeled. Now if I can just get my hands on it...

No doubt my EPP memory would benefit from this board.

Great looking board, but I hate the PCI layout. It's a lot like my A8N32-SLI was, and I hated it. The top GPU gets stupid hot because of it.

How hard is it going to be to get the backplate off this thing to use a Zalman 9500?

jAkUp

It has a backplate? Most Socket 775 motherboards do not have a backplate.

Doesn't something have to come off the back of the mobo to get the Zalman backplate on? I've never used a 775 mobo before.

I've never used a 775 mobo before.I dont think so, I will be using the same cooler as you, I have a ASUS P5NSLI here for my son's rig, I will check it later, Im more worried about the cap's around the CPU socket (pirate)

In the pic of the mobo, what is plugging the 4 holes around the cpu socket that the 9500 backplate screws into?
