Ubisoft officially announced Far Cry: Vengeance, and confirms it will be a Wii launch title. Based on the Far Cry Instincts Evolution, Far Cry: Vengeance has a new storyline, new maps new weapons, and takes of the Wii Remote and Nunchuk allowing players to drive, shoot, slash, jump and climb their way through a rebel-infested, tropical hell.

Ugh, I've read after seeing the pic :lol:

The difference in graphic quality between this and the PC / Xbox 360 versions is embarassing. :o

That screenshot reminded me of when I tried to play FarCry on a really crappy PC, when it originally came out. I wanna see it in action tho, if its just a point and shoot or not.

I've dug up some Xbox screenshots and this Wii port looks even worse than the first-gen Xbox.

Or the Wii isn't that powerful.... I hope they atleast support 480P and Widescreen...

Meh, who cares about graphics if the gameplay is great... Just look at Pong. It's all aboot the gameplay. :snicker :snicker

What good is the gameplay arguement when you're dealing with old game styles. I don't care what kind of controller you have, the concept is the same: point and shoot.

Um, I thought Wii was at least as functional as an xbox?

The xbox version looks WAY better than that....
