Porblem loading SISoftware sandra

SiSoftware Sandra use to work on my machine but now all of a sudden the program does not load. I double click the programa and nothign happens, the mouse icon changes to working in background for a sec then nothing happens.

Any idea how to fix this? uninstall then reinstall doesn't work.
