Anandtech made a overview of motherboard supporting intel quadcore (well 2*2cores). MSI says p5n diamond and platinum will support these cores.What i can tell is that there arent any p5n diamond or platium out yet.

And no sign of asus 590 support :(

AND bwa(t appears that most Intel 965 and many Intel 975 boards will support the upcoming quad core Kentsfield with just a BIOS upgrade. Existing motherboards based on other chipsets did not make any of the Kentsfield compatibility lists provided by the motherboard manufacturers
