I have 5. Six if you count the one on the back of my Plextor burner.

Only 6 on Bubbles right now as I'm trying to reduce noise a tad, at her worst she had 11. (I tend to play around with weird configurations with her at times...it's fun. ;) )

Blue has 7, Boomer 3, and Babs has one. :)

2 intake...
2 exhaust...
1 gpu...
1 cpu...
2 psu...

total therefore = 8 fans...

all of them are reasonably quiet :) though I am switching em all for even quieter ones... should be a bit better for me...

2 on PSU (Enermax EG465-VE FC)
1 on CPU (Vantec VA4-C7040). Supposed to be controlled by Q-fan feature of A7N8X Deluxe, but currently Q-fan doesn't work on those boards. Waiting for Asus to fix the BIOS.
1 on the case (Vantec Stealth SF8025L). Taking the air in from the front and blowing it directly over HDD.

That current total is 4, but the final score will be 5 once I get a good video card.

Note: CPU, case and one of the power supply fans are all connected to the motherboard, so I can monitor their speed in the Asus Probe. Also when the system goes into standby all the fans turn off except for one of the fans in the PSU which is on all the time. I consider my setup an ideal ballance of quiet and cool.

Well, right now...just 2! the PSU, and the CPU cooler are all i've got, not even a fan on the good old GF2MX/400 because it didn't come with one and well, I don't OC it at all.

3 fans, 4 if I stick my window fan next to my case.
1 cpu
1 psu
1 large rear fan
(optional)1 .5m window fan:D
My cpu hsf is 60Db and the other two are around that loud, but you may guess how loud my window fan is...:D :p
I seriously do have the big fan ready for full work load.

2x 80mm exhaust fans around CPU (one on back, one on an arm that extends over the CPU and blows out the side)
1 80mm on my CPU pulling air OFF of my Thermalright SK-7 (this helps to keep my case MUCH cooler, although the CPU does gain a few degrees)
1 reference fan on my video card
1 in the back of my PSU

wow, no wonder my case is so quiet! Ive got 5 fans and NONE of them are stupid 60mm hair dryers. Big fans= lower RPMs= less noise= good :)
80mm+ forever! :)

hmm, lets see....

2 PSU
1 GPU
1 rear intake
2 Radiator in
1 Radiator out (it's enclosed with the psu seperate from the rest of the case)

7 fans :D actually pretty quiet since the psu is an enermax and the 4 80mm fans are running at about 45% most of the time ;)
