I would never use it... way to freaking big for my taste...

Specs aren't impressive, it hit 58c @ full load. If I ever go air again I'm sticking with zalman.

Thats horrid, but on what OC though? 58C with over 2Ghz OC would be amazing! :p

It would look cooler if they replaced the blue LED with a red one (Mars is red after all) Other than that is teh ugly. I mean I love my CoolerMaster Stacker, but for HSF Zalman pwns all.

I was always partial to Thermalright's sinks. Thinking about getting one because it looks oddly similar to the heatsink on my new 7900 GTO.

The only application I can see for this is if someone made a themed case mod and even then I wouldn't use it to overclock. Though it might look cool in a SFF case... If you can even see the CPU sink in one of those little things.

Doesn't look so great to me. Most Googled link end up on this review site 3dgameman (http://www.3dgameman.com/content/view/4420/103/1/7/)
One of the conclusion in the review was: "The Mars cooler did not match the performance of the Thermalright Ultra-120"
On the Cool Master (http://www.coolermaster-usa.com/ProductList.aspx?catID=558) home page I did noticed another interesting looking heatsink air cooler with turbine fan "Eclipse - (RR-CCB-WLU1-GP)" looks like it's higher ranked than the "Mars - (RR-CCX-W9U1-GP)"

I'm still waiting for "Tuniq Tower 120 (http://www.tuniq.com.tw/Cooler%20Info/Tower-120.htm)" to be available again. I believe it's the best CPU air cooled heatsink.
Check the above tuniq link and at the bottom of the page there are many links with great reviews.

If anybody knows about better choice PLEASE let me know.

It certainly does LOOK neat but that's about it.

I'd go Zalman every time for air cooling.

Yes I like the Zalman CNPS7700-Cu LED and CNPS9500 LED, looking great and almost did buy it for the look only but when it comes to performance under full load I believe there are at least couple CPU air cooled heatsink better.
For example the "Tuniq Tower 120" I want to buy and the Scythe "NINJA PLUS"

Any more suggestions for CPU air cooling I would also consider getting mid priced water cooling up to $150.00, if the performance was much better to justify the price.
