Not sure about this. But I know that I do. I only have enought $$$ to make the purchase once. As such, I have to make certain that it is the right purchase for that time. Otherwise, I just waste a bunch of money and time that could have been better spent elsewhere.
Well true, but every day?

Hmm... do I really want to wait though? How much does regular XP Pro cost?

Yes, atleast for a short period of time that day. When I have nothing else to think about, I guess "what hardware to purchase next" fills the empty gap. :p

Hmm... to bad you can't switch tabs when running Windows Update. That is kind of a bummer. :(

I wonder how many posts I average a day? It might be a lot. Then again, it might be very little. There is only one way to find out.

I actually do forget how to find out how many posts you average a day.

4.92 posts per day? How on earth does he post so much but have a lower post per day count than I?
Maybe it is that he joined about 10 months before I did. That probably has something to do with it.

Well, well, well... I seem to be doing rather good. Only 45 minutes left till me bed time. I think I can hold out that long. :p

So, back to my computer hardware delimma. I am thinking that I could just go with two GTOs for now, and not even worry with the XP Pro 64 CDs. I could get XP Pro w/SP2 for cheaper and not have to worry about getting it with hardware.

Okay, if I buy the two GTOs this Friday, I will be cutting it very close financially. Maybe it would be best just to wait a bit?

He's been around longer. I think it just figures your posts per day by dividing your post count by the number of days you've been here.

I think that it would be much wiser to first find out just how much XP Pro would cost in comparison to XP Pro 64.

That is what I assumed. At any rate, if I keep up every night as I am tonight, I shall surpass him soon enough. Wouldn't you think so? ;)
As it looks, I might just go with two copies of XP Pro with SP2. Why not? I don't really need a 64 bit OS as of this moment. I could and probably should just wait for Vista whenever that might be.

$557.34 is what it comes to for just the two GTOs. And that would be cutting it extremely close. I'm not too sure that I want to do that. :(

XP Pro 64 costs less than the regular XP Pro with SP2. That is strange. Then again, XP Pro64 is OEM, whereas the XP Pro SP2 I'd get would be retail.

^^^ I guess that with this version you do not need to purchase any hardware with it. Hmm... if this is the case then:
This Friday, I will probably get the two GTOs. A week later I will get new fans and round cables for mine and my GF's computers. And yet another week after that I will pick up two copies of this XP Pro64. Not bad. I think this is the route I will take. ;)
