When ever I go surfing online I get this annoying security alert which asks me
to accept. How do I disable it or just get rid of it all togeather?

That is when you change from a non-secure HTTP port (port 80) to a Secure Socket Layer HTTPS (port 443).
I wouldn't recommend disabling it, nor do I think it is actually disableable. It's to make sure you know your entering a secure connection WITHOUT a valid security certificate.
What site(s) do you get this message on?

It should only appear on sites which use https:// in the link, and where certificate doesn't meet the specified criteria.
