ok so what do you guys think? You guys think i can squeeze more power out of that processor running at 51-53C with stock cooling.. And i got a 7900GS so i know 3d mark score is suck. Voltage is set to auto.. and all that runs in a P5B-Deluxe

and do you guys think if i bring the memory ratio to 1:1 would i gain a performance boost?

any good cooling you guys wanna propose?

Any advice would greatly appreciate.

As far as cooling I would reccomend putting your case on top of an air conditioner. Haha, That's what I do and my idle temps are in the teens.

Are those temps idle? if it is...its high.

I don't know if there is a lot of performance difference between 1:1 or your current settings in terms of noticeable in game gains, but benchmarks may show advantages.

I would add some AS5 grease to the Northbridge and south, i would get a better cooler than stock I use the Zalman in my sig and did the AS5 thing it helped a lot but be careful there is also a nice article over at xtreme.

Thats funny claw! well the winter is coming so i'm gonna keep the comp near the window.

thanx for the info Hybrid i was looking at that Cool IT water cooling kit. same one that tikiman use. i'm waiting to see if the price will be dropped.

Any full copper hs with a large, 90mm or bigger fan, would make a difference. Of course, wc will beat air pretty much any day. Good luck.

and also, should i lower the voltage? maybe that will drop the temp

i saw Tiki was able to go beyond 3Ghz just with default voltage settings.

i brought down the vcore voltage

and as claw suggested keep the comp near the window dropped the temp to a satisfied level.
