Can the Vista use the NVTray change the new video panel to class,and then,I can overlock my video card ?

No. In Vista, NVIDIA drivers don't currently have the ability to overclock. AFAIK the only way to overclock your GPU/Mem in Vista is to mod your video bios.

NVTray supports AA, AF and Quality settings in Windows Vista. But as of right now, the drivers are too incomplete to do much else.
