For sale is a brand new in unopened box Cool It Systems Freezone CPU Cooler. I bought this item for $309 from xoxide.com about 3 weeks ago (who I would not recommend to anyone, since they are refusing me a return on this item even though it is unopened) and have never even opened it. The reason I'm selling it is I've decided to go the custom water-cooling route, instead of a pre-made kit.
From what I've heard, this is an excellent item and that's why I purchased it to begin with. Here is a link to a review where they compare it to the rest of the competition:

Needless to say, the CoolIT Freezone provides exceptional cooling performance. Over the years, I've had the pleasure of playing with a wide variety of cooling products, from standard watercooling kits, to thermoelectric coolers. I can honestly say that the Freezone is by far, the best I've used....
... Simply put, the CoolIT Freezone is an overclockers dream. It is seriously that impressive! In fact, there hasn't been a PC cooling solution that has impressed me this much in a very long time and unless you're willing to spend a considerable amount of money on a phase change solution, this is honestly the next best thing...
... In terms of installation, the Freezone is one of the easiest kits to install and you'll be up and running in no time...
... Bottom line...if you're looking for the absolute best cooling performance without resorting to the high cost of phase-change cooling, the Freezone is honestly your very best option. The CoolIT Freezone earns our highest recommendation and a very enthusiastic "Extreme Excellence Award" for its superior cooling performance, easy install and excellent overclocking potential.
And here are some pics of the cooler in its unopened box:

Tikiman44 can vouch for how well this item cools your CPU. He's running an E6700 Conroe at 3.2gHz and idles at 21C.
I only accept Paypal. Here is a link to my feedback on ebay:
