I went out of town for a week and when I come back, my DFI AD73 RAID board says my 1600XP is 866Mhz !!??
Its been workin great since more than a year...I go out of town.. my mom and sis use it a little.. they wont even know where the Delete key is. WHAT CAN THEY POSSIBLY DO TO MAKE THIS HAPPEN ??!!
Checked BIOS, loaded defaults.. no change..
What might be the problem ? Do CPU normally decide to change FSB to 133 or something ??

from the sound of it, it's running at a very odd 82mhz FSB (82 fsb x 10.5 multiplier) . That is strange, but maybe the bios battery is going or some other kind of bios issue. I recommend flashing the motherboard bios to the latest version and reset everything to 133mhz
