108 to 66 by the Chicago Bulls. LMAO. It's been a while since I've seen a team routed by 40+ points. Much less the returning champions by the Chicago Bulls who sucked pretty bad last year.

This ought to put those rumors to rest that D-Wade is the hottest **** in the NBA.

LeBron all the way

Yea, we got our asses handed to us last night.

If you watched the game Wade still had his game on, even guys on ESPN aren't dying that but D Wade can't do it all by himself. Especially when Shaq plays like my little sister. Sorry, LeBron can't either.

About the Wade vs. LeBron argument, +1 on the ring finger for Wade....I'll leave it at that.

It's a new season bro. If the heat can get 40 point routed by one of the worst teams in the league, I can predict with 99% certainty that they won't win another ring.

I'm not that assured, but I will say that Cleveland and Miami will be playing each other in the playoffs...

Where do you get the notion that the Bulls are or were one of the worst teams in the NBA? Didn't they push the Heat to six games in the first round of the playoffs last year? A lot of sports journalists have them in the conf. finals this year and a few even have them playing in the Finals for the championship.

The truth is the Heat got their asses handed to them by a very good team. Anyways, the Heat started off last year like **** and ended the season as champions. I think you're giving too much value to one game when there's still 81 left to be played.

And no, I'm not a Heat fan.

The Bulls aren't one of the worst teams in the league. Hell they made to the playoffs last year and are undoubtedly an even better team this season.

I may have went overboard with the words I used but the addition of Ben Wallace is a plus for the Bulls this season. One can't deny that.

Noo..I won't deny that, but with them not having any real offensive threat, they are not that much better than last year. I still think they will fall in the first round.

The Bulls were one of the best defensive teams in the league and have 2 of the brightest young rising stars not named James, Wade and Anthony.

Wrt your Dwayne Wade slight, Wade has a ring, he has proven himself and he had a pretty decent game too, just check out his stat-sheet. He distributed and created, the team did not connect.

If you read the assessment of anyone who knows about basketball, you will also see the Chicago are expected to contend even more strongly this year than the last.

As far as Cleveland is concerned, they lost by 20 or 30 points last season to the likes of Golden State and Orlando and they lost by 38 points with the season on the line to Detroit.

DD, the team is superior to the one from last year.

You cannot discount the major strides players like Heinrich have made and you cannot discount the confidence they gained from their playoff run last year. They could have taken out the Heat had Miami not made the adjustments.

Miami looked pathetic, yes, but Chicago did what they did all season last year, played stifling defense. They seem to have proven that they know how to put the ball in the hole on the other end.

Well the Magic sure put it to the Bulls last night. Dwight Howard is developing into a major force. The kid's got skillz.

the Raps won their home opener convincingly last night over the Bucks 109-92. hopefully, the Raps can build on that victory and not suffer through the horrible start they had last season (1-15 start, 10 losses to start the season).

Well they made the playoffs last year with a fairly young team, which has now gotten another year of playoff experience under their belts. They also signed Ben Wallace during the off season, so yeah, they're better.

Ok... so Heat had an off night. Big deal. It happens to all the teams out there.

I do agree with the OP. Lebron > D-Wade

Yeah, the loss definitely doesn't mean the Heat are washed up or anything, and Lebron is definitely better than Wade.
