Dual Monitor Question!

Hi, im going to get a Geforce FX or some other high end card one its avalible. And im noticing all of them come with dual outputs now adays.

I finally got a 'good' monitor for xmas (i would allways say, yeah im gonna buy a monitor, and turn around and get a new videa or cpu hehe) and now i have 2. My question is should i set up a dual monitor setup, and how dose it work for playing games/ web browsing at the same time?

I usto have 2 computers but 1 got fryed, so basicly i want to play Star Craft and talk on aim at the same time, dose that work?

I have a dual monitor setup with a TI4400 and WindowsXP. Let's say I'm playing a Quake3 mod on one monitor and I have my chat program sitting on the other monitor. I have to play the game in a window, and I found that if I enter "console" I can move my mouse to the desktop and click on other things, and therefore chat at the same time. I haven't experimented with any other games, and you may have to hit CTRL+ALT+DEL to bring up the Task Manager and get you out of the game, if you're not playing it in a window.
