Its misleading. Its meant to compare AF, but the 8800 is running with FSAA too while the 1950 is not.

They did try it with AA.

These screenshots really speak for themselves. If you are wondering, we did try enabling 4X Quality Adaptive AA on the X1950 XTX, but this did nothing to fix the problem. We also tried enabling and disabling HQ AF, again, did not fix it.

I think both are probably running with AA enabled.... just the 8800 can probably do it with 16QAA... :D

how come I can't find the review on the [H]?

I guess ATI users don't have a leg to stand on for ANY arguement now.... they use to able to throw the "better image quality" or "HDR + AA" arguement at us. Now ... what do they have? A failed company and a bunch of losers from Rage3d still in denial.

I guess it was pulled since it was posted before the NDA expired.

Well I've been looking for a single GPU that would flat out own Oblivion @ 1680x with high levels of filtering. Looks like I got it.

Also I am too happy nVidia returned to their tradition of HQ AF.

This shows how much G80 IQ has improved from G70.

Malficar pointed it out in another thread but for those who missed it.

Yeah, things are looking great for the 8800. [H] had some issues with ATI's AF but maybe it's just broken in the 6.10s or something.

Same here to both.
