Only problem is that cooler extends out beyond the standard model to the point where it will block your SATA ports if they are located past the PEG slots.

the AC3 cooler's have always been very effective and efficient and are usualy better then that of the stock cooler.

I have a chub in pants for that EVGA...I think I will go SLI for the first time ever.

the only question now is....who wants to give me money?

:)

So what's the difference between this and the regular version...just a different cooler or higher clock speeds to (like the KO editions of previous cards?)

um... i dunno but that looks kinda ugly to me. I like the reference look better actually.

Clockspeeds are the same for now, but it reduces temperatures by 3-5c. Also, on the back of the card it has a large heatsink that covers a decent portion of the card too.

There are some good pics at www.vr-zone.com

I think the card looks sweet as well but I already ordered my EVGA 8800GTX if only this was available now.

I am after the 8800GTS ACS3 edition card. This is why i have put off for the time being that and the prices are inflated at the moment.

Is this supposed to be better then the one already installed on GTX's ?

When this version drops below the current $659 price of the standard version, I might have to take advantage of my step up. :p

Well the BFG water cooled card costs 611 which is insain about $1000 USD for a video card. Prices are sky high.
