nVidia release notes are here:
http://www.bfgtech.com/images/97.02_ForceWare_Release_Notes.pdf

Looks like they are made to coincide with the release of the G80.
Going to see if they support other GPUs. The release notes don't mention any specific support.

Edit: They won't install on my 7900. Looks like they are G80 specific. I'm sure it's only a matter of hours before we see a modded .ini.

These only support the 8800 GTX and 8800 GTS. 93.71 is still the latest for everyone else.

Please elaborate.

Not that these are bad, and I've only tried FalconAF with them so far, but I really am going to scrutinize this new series.

As far as these, the jury is out.

I cannot say how good/bad these are until I learn how to get inti the old CP.

Fair?

Probably not, since NV is really leading us by the nose to the new CP, but until the new CP does game/color profiles, I will always be looking for the old CP.

Still looking for the old CP.

what you mean which one?

right now i use 97 series (97.02), it fixed that weird NWN2 bug

96 series gave me low performane

92, 93 and 96 series also cause that bug in NWN2

I meant, what modified version of the 97.02s since they were only for the 8800s initially (i.e. where did you download them from).

Huh? I use the new CP exclusively, and I've had no problem with game profiles. No problems at all.

Sorry man - these are just hosed. I have an EVGA 7950 GX2 and they will not install for me. Yet I can go back to any other driver and it installs just fine.
