hi

here is a interesting info i have found about the great
possibility of a RUNE2 game.. posted by one
of theirs game developers.

for the people that doesnt know RUne the
original game..

it is one of the best single player games outthere
in my opinion if not the best ,the other i think can be at this level like halflife and Giants. Rune use the UNreal engine ,but to its maximun limits.

also its a must have game for your LANs parties ,
when you want something diferent than a rocket launcher or shotgun.. in multiplayer TRy RUNE in
multiplayer because its lots of Fun .


so i really hope to see the sequel of this game
in the UnrealT2003 engine this time or better.

Ahhh, that would be nice! I played through that game uncountable times, just to lop off heads and get the glowing red eyes of a berserk Viking! :D Great for stress relief!

Rune 2 Status
To date, Rune has sold over 270,000 copies world wide (about half and half in US and Europe, with additional copies selling in Australia, Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Brazil, Mexico and Russia as well). Mac sales were around 5,000 of these while Linux sales were less than 1,000.

From the looks of it I won't be getting the Linux version this time! :(

I was voted to be a leader of Scarabs Horde, but turned it down, I just wanted to play :p I play when I can, but lately due to drivers I cant :( Im going to install it again right now and try and try again :thumbsup:

Oh and I would love, I mean love a Rune2 using the new Unreal engine, that would rock :nana: :headbang:

Yes, Zisu is now the leader I believe.
Me and my friends left because of various reasons. Maxcraxx was the founder of DPX :)

And yes, I remember the Scarabs too :)

The first game didn't sell as many copies that it deserved. Course that could be said for some other good games also. :/
