what's the best pool game ?

I'd have to say Virtual Pool 3. It is almost real.

Virtual Pool 3 is very good. Easily the best pool game I've ever played.

I had the original Virtual Pool for DOS. That was a fantastic game. VP 3 should definitely be your best bet.
