Help, DrX Error

When starting any 3D games I received an error massage "Cannot initialize D3D hardware" or something like that I believe that there must be something wrong with the DrX 9.0 I'm using, can I fixed that DrX problem??? Please help me... I'm using the hardware just exactly there are at my SIGN below.

maybe try reinstalling DX9 or your vid drivers for a start???

Oh sorry, just forget...
I have tried different NVidia's Detonator Drivers... And not less than one time reinstalled DrX9.0 and that is the problem... Please help, I don't want to reinstall my current Windows XP so many softwares and so many attemp on it...
