The last intel I used was a P3 and from then on it has been AMD,and they all had little stright pins to go in the socket ,But I just bought a Conroe2 E6600 and a Evga 680i SLI and I was looking at the E6600 and I see no pins ,is that how Intel makes them now.

isnt it cool? no pins and you wont inadvertently bend any pins anymore :)
