Go 7950 GTX Vista RC1 driver

Hi there...

...has anyone successfully got the Aero glass interface working on RC1 with this mobile gpu...I have tried different drivers including laptopvideo2go. Only got one driver to install and when I tried to update WEI (windows experience index) to get it up from 1.0 to 3.0+ it fell over and BSODed on me...

any ideas?

Make that RC2. Still struggling with finding drivers to enable Aero Interface.

Well, its looking increasingly likely that I am going to have to wait for an official Nvidia release to get Aero working.

I have the go7900GS BIOS flashed to the go7900GTX, and all the drivers with modded INF, I have tried have vista enabled for me.
I don't have to do any fiddeling with WEI as it's easily over 3, I think 4.9 (slowest thing is HD on 4.4)

There must be something else causing your problems.
Did actually you replace the original INF with modded one ?

when i try and update the wei with the new driver installed it always BSODs on me...just didcovered guru3d has a new driver up for RTM...not sure if it will work with my RC2 but will give it a go tonight when i get home...

cracked it...the latest guru3d driver worked...97.35, exclusively for mobile gpus with support for mine too..
