Does anyone know if there is a way to use more than one USB Number Pad for different controls in windows?

Like if I bought 2 of these:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16823205010

or 2 of these:

And plugged them into USB ports, would there be any way to get windows to recognize them as different sets of keys? Or a way to have them recognized as a joystick or controller with 17 buttons?

... better yet, are there any "key pad" controllers that have at least 16 buttons and some sort of gamepad\joystick?

I'm trying to get some sort of control device that'll work for the old colecovision and intellivision game emulators on my Atari ITX PC. The machine itself has been just about done for a couple weeks, it just needs tweaking and some special control setups to work with certain games.

For those that dont know, this is what an intellivison controller looks like:

:p

I really wish I could tell if they had special software or not. If they have software, then they can most likely be configured as separate devices. If they don't have software, they probably just perform the default actions of a number pad... in which case, their useless to me.

... I wonder if num lock would work on each one individually... probably not...

I think I'm screwed... :p
