I tried flashing bios before using Asus Update in Windows and now after getting my mobo back it's again an old bios. My system is somewhat stable but there are 'inexplicable' hangs and so I want to go to latest bios. I have a M2N SLI Deluxe and the Asus site says this.

M2N-SLI Deluxe BIOS 0307 (Please do read the description before updating BIOS)
(Do not use EZ-Flash to flash BIOS if your BIOS version is prior 0307.)
Support new CPUs. Please refer to our website at: http://support.asus.com.tw/cpusupport/cpusupport.aspx

The bios has an option to flash but pretty sure it says EZ-Flash... does this mean I can't do this with built in bios flasher? Do I need to do it from DOS somehow... My current bios is 0202 (ewww)

Your advice is appreciated, especially from those with similar mobo.

put the newest BIOS .ROM file in a USB key or a floppy and press F2 while booting the comp.

Thanks that worked pretty well. Flashed and no random crashes so far.
