The benchmarks for 4x4 aren't THAT bad, it's the power it needs that's bad...

The Core2 was base from the Pentium 3, updated heavily but as you can see it is still the best way to go for them

are you ****ing stoopid lolz?! FSB IS LIEK 1000X BETTER THAN HT AND AMD IS LIEK 2000 YEARS BEHIND INTEL YOU IDIOT LOLZ!? they are leik a 3erd rate company!!!
Well if you are gonna compair old tecnology the FSB has been around since the pre 286 computers and is clearly outdated, HT is the future like it or not Intel will be be going down this road just not just yet as they will have to start from scratch like AMD had too and it takes time. Hyper Transport is till new and we are still on the first generation of the technology. The FSB is starting to run out of steam. And makes the motherboard chipsets run hotter for the FSB. Soon it will be impratical.

Not sure but sounds about right, Intels 2 single cores yeiled less peformance then 2 native cores. so i guess the same applies here. However this is only with programs that make full use of all cores.
