It sure does!
btw.
It is the replacement for my Toshiba 37C3001P which broke after 11 month. Should be a nice upgrade. Amazon gave me a full refund for the old one.
Samsung 61" LED DLP. The picture just blows me away, I love it but I need a new camera.

Nice!
My dad just got a new Samsung LN52A 650 LCD a couple of weeks ago. Looks beautiful. He's got a Yamaha RXV663 receiver on order as well as an Axiom Audio 5.1 setup with their 500 watt sub.

Just got mine as a replacement for my 50in Samsung DLP LED, 2007 model, had it repaired more than 4 times so they offered me an upgrade for 300 dollars and 1 full year warranty. So far this tv is amazing and so much bigger than my 2007 model, 50in DLP.

My HDTV display (movies and PS3 gaming), and Gaming PC Monitor also, currently consists of an Epson 1080UB Digital Projector projecting a 115" 1920x1080p 60Hz image on a white wall. I'm still on the process of getting a proper projection screen, and covering the side room walls with black cloth, to prevent light reflections inside the room. But it's already amazing, as it is now.
I'll post pics/vidz soon.

didn't you have 40 inch samsung not that long ago?

didn't you have 40 inch samsung not that long ago?Yes, 5 months ago, in June.
But instead of selfishly using only myself the Samsung 40" F86 LCD TV in a desk as my PC's monitor, I decided to place it downstairs on the main living room, where the family watches TV, etc, because there was an old 21" 4:3 analog CRT TV (from the 90s) in the living room. So everybody is happy now.
Now with the projector, my PC's room is slowly turning into a small (12' x 12') home theatre room. A 4 seat couch has been placed in the back wall, and my next purchases will probably be this (http://www.amazon.com/Buttkicker-BK-LFEKit-Frequency-Amplifier-Theater/dp/B0006FK42S/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1226410184&sr=8-1) and this (http://www.bigscreencenter.com/product-p/goo4779.htm).
For casual PC usage (web browsing, instant messaging, etc) I use my modest laptop, to save the projector's lamp life.
But for PC Gaming, PS3 Gaming and Blu-Ray movies, I turn on the projector.
Here's a couple of pics of the 115" 1920x1080p display:
http://img219.imageshack.us/img219/343/dsc06860at9.th.jpg (http://img219.imageshack.us/my.php?image=dsc06860at9.jpg) http://img222.imageshack.us/img222/848/dsc021302fh4.th.jpg (http://img222.imageshack.us/my.php?image=dsc021302fh4.jpg)
Side walls, back wall, and ceiling still white unfortunately, so there is still lot of unwanted bouncing light reflections in the room.
I didn't used a tripod on these, so they are kinda out of focus.
More pics (14MPixels) and videos (Full HD) coming up soon, with tripod, from PS3 games, Blu-Ray movies, etc.

It's far better to see it in motion, so here are some small video clips of PS3's Gran Turismo 5 Prologue on a 115" white wall, displayed by the projector.
The pictures above are random screenshots from these clips.

So how do you guys feel about DLP vs LCD vs Plasma? From what I gather, if I got a DLP I'd be best off going with and LED based one... right?

Yeah... honestly our Sony WEGA in the living room is a very awesome TV. Excellent picture quality. Probably wont be replacing it till it gives up the ghost.
This is for my room, I'm probably shooting for something between 30" - 40". I don't care about wall mounts, hence why I'm interested in DLP. Would and LED DLP be worth the price? If so, what are some good ones that you guys would recommend?

Correct, Samsung. DLP FTW.

Samsung FTW! I love samsung, always have exceptional luck with their products... or they just make that good of product. ;)
Next question, what happens if you play a BD or HD-DVD on an SD tv, does the resolution get scaled down?
