Is it worth upgrading to this? I got direct x 8.1 on my new windows xp home pc {dell 8250}



Would i see higher 3d marks scores if i went to direct x 9?

I upgraded, no problems whatsoever so far. Got me a

Dell 8200
P4 2.0ghz 400FSB
512 PC 800 RDRAM
Geforce 3 ti 200 <soon to be radeon 9800 ;)>
Windows XP Home
Santa Cruz Turtle Beach
etc.

No real differences but i suppose peeps who benchmark their comp would have figures.

YES! upgrade already. You have a DX9 card running DX9 drivers. I think it's about time you installed DX9.
