Quadro NVS 440 not detecting displays

I use the Quadro card for digital signage systems. I need a solution to detect the displays on a recent install. I am using a minicom TX and RX setup and the signal is getting to the displays without a problem. When the PC boots up it will sometimes detect the attached monitors and sometimes it will ignore them. I have tried several combinations and the results are always random.

Is there a way I can force the card to enable the displays?
