Wow is the only word I have to say about this card. I just finished putting together my BX2 / QX6700 / 8800GTX build yesterday and after doing some gaming today I am simply amazed. I upgraded from a dual Xeon / BFG 6800GT system and the difference is simply night and day. I am now finally able to run my games at my flat panels native res of 1920x1200 with all details maxed and things look absolutely friggin' unbelievable. Textures look razor sharp, colors and 2D picture quality when connected to DVI is noticeably improved over the 6800, and the card is just FAST FAST FAST. Every game I have thrown at it the card has been able to handle with everything maxed. The wow factor for this new card / system ranks right up there with my first Pentium II / Voodoo 2 rig. :) Simply put, with the exception of a few driver glitches here and there, I am just tickled pink with this card. Just did some early benchmarking on things. Running my CPU at 3.2 I am getting around 17900 in 3dmark05, and just a little over 12000 in 3dmark06.

I am just in love with this card. I was totally getting turned off of PC gaming back with my old 6800GT as I just couldn't run anything at full details and all the ones I could run at lower resolution looked very poor when scaled on my 24" LCD. With this card, I can run them at native res with all the eye candy turned on and they look simply amazing.

Yup, these 8800's are simply beautiful cards. nVidia did a great job this time (except for the driver support).
